Maplewood School and Summer Program is a company based out of WANTAGH, NY, United States.

We've been creating fun, engaging, educational material for the ESL classroom and young learners around the world since 1999. All of our songs, games and activities are developed and tested in-house by experienced teachers at our well-established language school in Japan. Kids learn best when they don’t realize that they’re learning. Our materials are often inspired by natural play and interaction in the classroom. Our unique style of blend of music and realia (objects from real life used in classroom instruction) get even the most shy, unwilling children hooked, participating and singing along. With a big scoop of fun and a sprinkle of silly, we make learning incredibly fun.

BFS is a community based School that caters to the holistic development of young people aged 3 - 18 (Pre KG to Grade 12). Our main emphasis are on discipline and practical learning. BFS is accredited by the Ministry of Education of Ethiopia. Our Mission To create a Bright Future for the children of today and leaders of tomorrow. Diversity BFS prides itself in embracing cultural, religious and national diversity. The student body is comprised of students from different cultures and parts of the world. This remains true for the staff, who also come from various countries and cultures. This unique combination of students and faculty contributes to the remarkable cultural diversity at BFS. Scholarships BFS strives to further benefit the community by giving scholarships of over 22% of its total student body to students who otherwise would not have had the opportunity. Other Services BFS recognizes and offers educational opportunities to students with Dyslexia, Attention Deficit Disorder and other learning challenges. Students with special needs are given one-to-one instruction on a part-time basis. Several students and their parents benefit from the individual student, combined parent-child and parenting counselling offered free-of-charge by the school.
