Our firm typically helps to make non-union companies unattractive to unions by setting up roadblocks and other impediments thereby making unions unnecessary. When appropriate, we conduct anti-union campaigns waged in anticipation of National Labor Relations Board [NLRB] conducted elections. We negotiate labor contracts on behalf of our unionized clients, when and where required by a state, such as Ohio, we work in cooperation with counsel. We help them administer those contracts and represent them in arbitration hearings. Additionally, we assist clients with deauthorization and decertification elections. We also defend employers in various forums that a union or an employee could use to charge our clients with some grievance and/or unfair act arising out of the employer/employee relationship.
