Looking for an adventure or just somewhere to stay? Bunkr was originally launched in 2013 as a place to search for, and hopefully find, a bunkhouse or hostel. Over the years weve expanded to include campsites, B&Bs and glamping, most recently were including outdoor activities and things to do. So now you can find an activity along with some nearby accommodation! Bunkr is run by a small team of friends and colleagues who love the outdoors too! Like you, we love hiking, biking and just being outside whatever the weather! Living in the UK were never more than a short hop from one of our many National Parks, a National trail or even just a green space for a quick hike! Over the years, while out on our own adventures, we found many bunkhouses, didnt have websites or werent listed on booking websites. It was a test of skill and perseverance to find good affordable accommodation that offered what we were looking for. That was back in 2012(ish) back then we decided there had to be a better way to find a bunkhouse. By 2013 we had launched the first iteration of Bunkr. A simple website with a list of bunkhouses which could be found by easily browsing a map. We started by adding the bunkhouses we were familiar with and slowly but surely it grew from there. Bunkr.co.uk was always designed as a simple way to find the right accommodation for you on your adventures, simply showing the accommodation based on where you were going with links to book online and/or a phone number to call. Now Bunkr offers a great way to find accommodation, rate & review accommodation youve stayed in, and if you own a bunkhouse, other accommodation or activity you can easily advertise your accommodation, offers and events to our growing audience. Were currently in the 4th iteration of Bunkr and its grown from its humble beginnings. You can now search for glamping, B&Bs and even activities because we all like our adventures in different flavours.
