Building Vitality® defines performance measures which reflect on the social, geographical physical and cultural context of its location. Research: The intent of Building Vitality® Is to establish research paths to correspond with evolving building design ideas and needs for the 21st century. Mission: Building Vitality® guides the creation of healthy, accessible spaces, which can be integrated into high performance buildings. Intent: Building Vitality® seeks to optimize two things: How a building shelters and respects its occupants, and how it protects and favors its environment. Leadership: Building Vitality® is creating scientific and experiential initiatives to re-think 20th-century ideas, supporting an industry-wide adaption to healthy buildings.
