Building Issues was established in 1999 to provide a comprehensive building design certification and regulation consultancy covering Fire Safety Audits, Compliance Assessments, Building Permits and Occupancy Permits. The team knows the language and complexities of building regulation, whether in commercial, industrial or residential areas. With three offices distributed throughout some of the fastest growing regional cities in central and northern Victoria (Bendigo, Echuca and Shepparton), gives rise to understanding development issues the non-metropolitan regions face. Solutions are achieved in a timely and professional manner, and through a network of associate services which extends across Victoria and into surrounding parts of NSW. Building Issues offer a diverse knowledge base and is experienced in performance-based building design to achieve alternative solutions without compromising safety or compliance. Our staff are trained to adopt each client’s perspective and always be responsive to their needs and maintain excellent communication channels from early design through the construction phases to completion. Our aim is to keep processing times within 3 to 5 working days. The company consists of fourteen (14) qualified and experienced staff comprising building surveyors, building inspectors, town planners and specialised administration. An extensive regulatory advice and design certification consultancy is provided across Victoria and into the metropolitan area.
