The Schultz Family business has grown from a one truck operation to now a full team of project managers, cabinet makers, carpenters, and office staff. Yes, the company has grown over the years, but one thing has not changed. The Schultz Family provides every customer honest communication, strong design, and the utmost respect and professionalism. They simply work hard and are nice, knowing that their Minnesota customers will appreciate that business philosophy. Dan is the founder of Builders by Design. What he enjoys most about his trade is the design. Dans thumbprint is a part of every project Builders by Design completes. Outside of the office Dan is a family man and a fan of most sports and still plays softball, enjoys water skiingand spending time with his grandchildren. Becky is the office manager and wears both HR and project estimating hats. Outside the office Becky enjoys arts and crafts, water skiing, and keeping score at Dans softball games. Dawn takes point drafting floor plans and creating kitchen designs. Outside the office Dawns hobbies include knitting, decorating cakes, and riding horses. Dawn is also the proud mom of three Schultz grandchildren. Joe is responsible for sales, design and implementing closet systems. When Joes not meeting with clients or designing closets or home layouts, hes spending time with his family, enjoying lake time, or lifting at the gym. Joe also is the proud father of a beautiful Schultz granddaughter.
