BuilderFax was founded by 45-year industry veteran Kirk Samuelson, a former Senior Vice President and Board Member at Kiewit Corporation. His insight into the challenges encountered by the craft and construction industry inspired him to create a solution that empowers skilled craft workers, benefiting companies of all sizes. Recognizing the importance of granting skilled craft workers control over their career credentials, training, and achievements, Kirk envisioned an approach that would enhance retention, promote advancement, and reduce turnover, yielding mutual benefits for both the workers and their construction company employers.
