Buffalo River Development LP (BRD) is an executive office created to mobilize the economic development potential of Buffalo River Dene Nation (BRDN) within its traditional territory and across Canada. With a vision to provide future BRDN generations with opportunity to be self-sufficient through wealth creation, employment, education, and environmental stewardship, BRD is an integral part of the community success plans. BRD provides the opportunity for BRDN leadership, membership, and future generations to shape and influence how development in their traditional territory impacts their way of life and the impact to future generations. Economic Reconciliation is the heart of BRD strategy ensuring the full participation of its stakeholders in economic activities impacting their homeland. BRD conducts business with Fairness -Integrity – Respect – Ethics as core principals and will apply them to all partnerships it engages in.
