Türkiye’nin lider paketli kuruyemiş markası Tadım, Mehmet Tekinalp tarafından 1971 yılında İstanbul’da kuruldu. 1940’lı yıllardan itibaren Antep fıstığı ticareti ile uğraşan Gaziantepli Tekinalp Ailesi, bugün üçüncü kuşak temsilcileri ile birlikte Antep fıstığı tanıtımına büyük katkıda bulunmayı sürdürüyor. Mehmet Bey’in “Fıstıkçı Arap” lakabıyla anılan babası, Antep fıstığını İstanbullulara tanıtan ilk kişilerden biri olarak bilinir ve 1950’li yıllarda Antep fıstığı ihracatını genişleterek Amerika pazarına açılmıştır. Mehmet Tekinalp, Antep fıstığının yanı sıra diğer kuruyemişleri de paketleyerek satmaya karar vererek 1971 yılında Tadım’ı kurdu ve paketli kuruyemiş sektörüne adım attı. Tadım’ın marka özü de o dönemde net bir şekilde oluştu: “Kuruyemişi paketleyerek en kaliteli ürünü en taze haliyle ve en uygun fiyattan tüketiciye sunmak.” Hem insan sağlığı için gerekli hijyen koşullarının sağlanmasını hem de bayatlamaya çok yatkın olan kuruyemiş ürünlerinin ticari hayatının uzatılarak tüketiciye de aynı anda fayda sunulabilmesini amaçlayan Mehmet Tekinalp, bu bakış açısı ile Tadım marka ağacını çok sağlam kökler üzerine oluşturdu. Marka adı olarak lezzeti anlatan “Tadım” ismine karar verilirken, bu ismin tüketiciye en etkili şekilde ulaşması için marka logosu büyük grafik ustası Mengü Ertel tarafından tasarlandı. Bugün Gebze'de ve Almanya’da kuruyemiş, kuru meyve ve Tadım Kuruyemiş Bar üretim tesisleri bulunan Tadım; 47 yıldır sektördeki öncü ve lider pozisyonunu koruyarak, üreticiden aldığı birinci kalite hammaddeyi son teknolojiye sahip makinelerden oluşan üretim hattında el değmeden işliyor, paketliyor ve en taze haliyle tüketicilerine ulaştırıyor. // Tadım, Turkey's leading packaged nuts and dried fruits brand, was founded in 1971 by Mehmet Tekinalp. The Tekinalp family from the city of Gaziantep has been trading pistachios since the 1940s, and today, they continue to contribute greatly to the promotion of the pistachio thanks to their third-generation representatives. Mr. Tekinalp's father, given the nickname "Arab the nuts seller", was known as the first person to introduce pistachio to Istanbul. The family exported the product to U.S. also for the first time in 1950s. Mehmet Tekinalp has decided to package and sell other nuts and dried fruits as well as pistachios, for this purpose he founded Tadım in 1971 and stepped into the packaged nuts sector. The vision of Tadım also became very clear in that period: “Packaging nuts and providing the customers with the best quality products in their freshest form at the most reasonable prices”. Mehmet Tekinalp, aiming to ensure the hygiene conditions required for human health and to prolong the commercial life span of dried nuts products that are inclined to lose their freshness fast, has thus set the Tadım brand tree on very solid roots through this perspective. The name "Tadım" was decided on as the brand name to convey tastiness, and its brand logo was designed by the great graphic master Mengü Ertel to ensure that it reaches consumers in the most efficient manner. With nuts, dried fruit and nuts bar production facilities located in Gebze and Germany today, keeping its pioneering and leading position in the sector for 47 years, Tadım purchases the highest quality raw material from producers and processes and packages it on the production line untouched by human hands, delivering the product to the consumer at its freshest.

We are primarily known for our batch-cooked kettle style potato chips that are produced in a more traditional way than the conventional potato chips. Other products we produce are fried potato chips, tortilla chips, extruded pellet products, direct extruded products, kettle corn, and air-popped popcorn.
