Buckner Kenya is registered in Kenya as an NGO to transform the lives of vulnerable children, and build strong families. Since 2001 Buckner Kenya has maximized on resources and leadership and witnessed exponential growth and expansion in service delivery to the vulnerable. Currently, we have a staff size of 100 people serving in six programs and a clientele size of 1.25M people in total in the various communities where we are based. The staff boasts of various categories ranging from medical professionals, educationists, social workers, IT experts, and accountants. There are over ten degree holders in various fields, several masters degree holders and the majority are diploma and skilled certificate holders. The majority of these staff members are aged 40 and below. They are all under the leadership of Mr. Dickson Masindano, a graduate of the University of Nairobi and an Alumni of Hardin-Simmons University USA.
