The Buckeye Education Foundation is a recognized 501(c)3 non-profit collaboration of volunteer parents, educators and community members focused on providing supplemental funding to the six elementary schools and two middle schools within the Buckeye Union School District in El Dorado County, California. The district-wide Foundation was formed in 2009 to address inadequate funding for schools at the state level and to promote academic excellence as a core value of our community. The Foundation is 100% volunteer staffed. The generous donations of volunteer time and community giving allows the Foundation to meet its goal of helping the 4,700 students in our Buckeye public schools receive the highest quality education possible.
