BTM Compliance is a full-service compliance and auditing company focused on assisting operators with federal compliance for their virtual currency ATM machines or otherwise known as Bitcoin ATMs (BTMs). We were established in 2017 with the sole purpose of providing compliance services for operators of BTMs. BTM Compliance is comprised of a team of compliance experts with a thorough understanding of the U.S. Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT ACT, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), terrorist financing, and the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).
