Dynamic Functional Training combines the latest eccentric, concentric and isometric technology in a proprietary protocol that can be administered safely in 5-10 minute session once or twice a week while in street clothes. After an initial screening and structural assessment by an approved BStrong4Life® specialist, a tailored program is developed that will greatly improve the quality of life for those unwilling or unable to approach traditional fitness or weight bearing exercise.
