The B~STEM Project (www.bstem.org) offers a dynamic series of programs and events for young girls and women. The initiative focuses on fostering business and leadership skills as well as engaging and educating participants about STEM-related careers. We take an interdisciplinary approach that integrates STEM and core business competencies across industries. We work collaboratively with industry and academia with a combination of virtual and face to face programming. Our mission is to make young girls and women fearless -- unlocking their potential while developing a pipeline of future leaders.
