I have Interim management experience in Government, Off-shore, Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance, Banks, and Electronics. Because of extensive experience in ICT: - Projects I manage are mostly on time and on budget. That is because of excellent stakeholder communication and empowerment of professionals in the teams i am responsible for. - I can produce an actionplan within two weeks for a department improvement process. In the implementation, I focus on things that work. I am involved in the company I work for. You will see a positive difference in work attitude to internal staff.
