BSET EQ was founded in 1996, but began manufacturing plasma systems in 1998 due to requests for process development and custom systems from many of our clients. Since then we have developed a standard product line featuring four main products. Our company celebrates its 14th year of manufacturing this year. The company began its product-line with the "NT Series" Planar plasma systems and by the turn of the millennium we had expanded our product line to include our popular FA 2000™ Series reactive Ion etchers and our SP Series barrel plasma systems. In 2009, our unique laser ready plasma system known as the Plaser™ was introduced. As of March 2012, BSET EQ is pleased to announce that we are the sole distributorship for the ATV Technologie Gmbh product line in North America. We are excited to offer this new product line to our customers. ATV Technologie Gmbh also represents us exclusively in Germany.
