BSA LAW (BSA) is a boutique law firm in India practicing in areas of Indirect Taxes like Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax, FEMA and Sales Tax / VAT. Founded by Ashok Bhasin and Vimal Sethi in 1997, the firm has two offices located in New Delhi and Gurgaon. For more than twenty-five years, we have been providing legal advice and services to domestic and international clients. We also offer services in getting your business ready for GST Implementation i.e. GST registrations, tax credit transitions, GST returns, review of supply chain process, review of contracts with vendors, GST internal Audit. BSA advises clients across a wide gamut of tax and regulatory laws including those related to excise, customs, service tax, value added tax / central sales tax and foreign trade policy.
