Brush is a dental booking platform that shows patients real time availability at practices near them, for both private and NHS appointments (subject to availability). Search by location, treatment and price, book in seconds and get instant confirmation. No ringing round. No guesswork. We connect directly with practice management systems, so the availability you see is genuine and up to date. For practices, that means empty slots and late cancellations get filled without adding to the admin. Where it began in 2023, our cofounder Mark's nine-year-old niece was visiting her aunt and uncle in Sussex and needed a dentist for a toothache. Her aunt phoned every dentist in the area, and it took the best part of a morning. Eventually a dentist a bit further away had just had a cancellation and could see her that day, and soon she was smiling again. But surely there had to be a better way? A booking platform where dentists could share their free slots, so people could quickly find an appointment. And with that, the idea behind Brush was born.
