BruinXR is UCLA’s premier student-led subcommittee under the Extended Reality Initiative (XRI), bringing together top engineers, designers, creatives, and researchers to build immersive XR solutions at the intersection of cyber, health, human-computer interaction, and storytelling. We specialize in hands-on projects using virtual, augmented, and mixed reality technologies to solve real-world problems across industries. Through our Intern-Training Program, members gain practical experience in XR development each quarter while earning Psych 195B and Engineering 188 credit. By combining technical training with interdisciplinary innovation, we empower students to lead the future of immersive technology.
