The firm provides general corporate representation to a publicly traded semiconductor company headquartered in California, and represents another publicly traded semiconductor corporation in licensing and technology transfer matters. The firm represents VI/Visualize, Inc. in connection with its licensing and maintenance of data visualization software products to OEMs, resellers and end users. The firm has provided general corporate representation to two publicly traded companies headquartered in Silicon Valley. In the course of that representation, the firm assisted both companies with anti-takeover planning and reincorporation in the State of Delaware.
