Brorsson was founded in 2005 by Magnus Brorsson. He was formerly with one of the top-five law firms in Stockholm and during his more than 20 years of experience he has assisted both small and big businesses with all sorts of commercial legal advice. Among the many foreign - especially US-based - clients he has served during the years are one of the world's largest insurance companies as well as one of the world's largest food companies . He has also assisted the Swedish government as well as several Swedish government and parliament authorities. Among the many companies we have had the pleasure to assist over the years we have seen e.g. AIG, Capio and Catella Kapitalförvaltning. We have a non-exclusive cooperation with other Swedish law firms in the Cicero Business Law Group.
