PRIVATE GENERAL PRACTICE At brookgreenmedical we offer private GP consultations and home visits for patients of all ages, covering any acute or ongoing health problem. Building on our experience of over 20 years as a leading NHS practice in Hammersmith West London, we believe in offering the highest standard of evidence-based healthcare. We offer same day consultations with one of our 5 partners and consult on any issue. We also offer health checks including a full complement of blood tests such as cardiovascular risk assessment and fertility screening. We provide in-house heart checks by carrying out an Electrocardiogram (ECG) with instant expert interpretation by a cardiologist. We have additional qualifications, experience, and specialist interests in: • Occupational & Corporate Health Including fitness to work assessment, overseas medicals, and managing sickness absence of employees • Travel Health & Vaccinations Same day advice and vaccines administered by one of our GP Partners. • Women's Health We offer consultation on contraception choices and can provide all types currently available including fitting of long acting contraceptive sub-dermal implants and intrauterine systems. We also offer family planning advice and preliminary fertility investigations. • Bariatric Care & Gastric Band adjustments • Minor Surgery We offer removal of non-cancerous skin lesions such as moles, skin tags, and simple cysts. • Wrinkle reducing treatment using Botox® Our aesthetic service is provided by one of the GP Partners, giving the client confidence in the level of skill and expertise.
