For nearly four decades Salvatore Paterno has helped his clients discover their personal style through his keen eye for fashion and his acute sense of personality.
At Milano, his uniquely designed store in Huntington, Paterno has for the last 20 years offered the finest in Italian men’s clothing with heightened emphasis on old-world craftsmanship. His garments are designed, hand-sewn and tailored for his clients’ individual professional and personal lifestyles.
In his trips to Italy and the fashion shows of New York City, Paterno is constantly seeking new designs, new producers, new fabrics which are fashion forward but take their cues from classic menswear. His efforts yield a bespoke statement for each of his clients, whether for business or casual occasions.
Come find out what it means to be part of La Famiglia Milano. In a caring, club atmosphere, you won’t be shopping for clothing. Instead, you will be discovering, through Salvatore Paterno’s instrinsic sense of your personality, how fine fashion can be woven into the fabric of your life. Walk out exquisitely clothed and supremely confident. That is the Milano way.
Pepi Bertini was established in 1985 and has been the premier location in South Florida for quality bespoke European Mens' Clothing. As a little boy, Pepi Bertini always admired how his father dressed, with his pinstripe suits, glen plaids and the wing tip shoes to match. Pepi's father was a clothing designer, and from a very early age, he instilled in him a love of fashion and schooled him in couture clothing. Pepi grew up in capitalist Havana, surrounded by music, cars, fashion, jewelry and American films. Two years later, when he was just 13, he decided he wanted to make shirts, so he purchased fabrics and enlisted a family friend to sew them for him. As a teen, he went to work with his dad, and even sold jeans out of his car trunk at his high school. Pepi later got involved in women's fashion, because it was profitable. He also learned to sew and studied the manufacturing involved in the construction of a garment. He began manufacturing custom made shirts from home, until he found an investor in 1987. Three years later, Pepi opened his men's clothing boutique - an extraordinary custom clothier in Miami providing a one-of-a-kind menswear experience. He started by offering custom-made shirts and ready-made Italian suits, and the business grew into the success it is today, complete with a full tailored shop and an in-house master tailor with 50 years experience in custom made clothing. Production on the premises provides customers the best in high-fashion menswear and other men's luxury goods and accessories. Pepi's other passion is vintage bicycles, and you'll notice he often incorporates them into his window treatments, along with tribal masks, and other props that merge classic style with an artistic flair.
