BPA is a Chartered Planning, Design and Development Consultancy offering a professional planning service on all planning related matters to the private and public sectors. This includes private individuals such as homeowners and landowners as well as developers, commercial enterprise, public organisations and charities. We can assist in all planning related matters including the preparation and submission of all types of planning applications; planning appeals (written representations, informal hearing or inquiry), site appraisals (development potential), land promotion through the local plan process; advice and guidance in the preparation of Neighbourhood Development Plans; enforcement cases; representations on behalf of clients in relation to planning applications, the local plan process and/or other statutory consultees or third parties; negotiations on legal agreements; and expert witness. To support the planning work we undertake for our clients we have an in-house architectural and technical drawing team who specialise in design and building regulations. We have a wide professional network of architects, barristers and consultants in landscape, heritage, ecology, trees, drainage, land contamination, archaeology and transport.
