Broadstream Advisory is a specialist Perth-based law firm focussed on assisting its clients with corporate / commercial, resources and projects / construction matters. Our principals, Daniel Kirk and Simon Panegyres, have over 50 years of combined legal experience, with over 25 of those as partners of major law firms. We advise across the broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in a number of industry sectors, and have acted for clients ranging from high net wealth individuals and entrepreneurs, through to privately owned businesses (including some of WA’s largest and best known), ASX 200 companies and major multinationals. In the mining and resources area, we have decades of experience acting for mining companies and businesses that service the resources sector. Our experience covers a wide range of commodities, including iron ore, precious metals (in particular gold), copper, nickel, vanadium, rare earths, lithium, coal, alumina, industrial minerals and mineral sands. We also have extensive experience in construction and engineering contracting, particularly in the context of resources project development and operations, as well as renewable energy projects. Over the years we have advised principals, major contractors, developers and consultants and have been involved in a range of prominent Australian projects.
