Brisbane Backline Information

Established in 1997, Brisbane Backline is the largest and oldest backline company in Brisbane. In December 2019, Brisbane Backline was purchased by IJS Productions. The combined inventory of both companies has created a diverse range of equipment in large numbers all in one place, convenient to Brisbane's Airport. We offer full delivery and set-up options as well as airport-friendly collection and drop off. You tell us when you are flying and we will make the arrangements to meet you. With a wide range of brands and models, we can offer a ""to specification" service for most acts. Every item is tested and checked before it leaves our warehouse so you can be confident that you are good to go when the time comes. All our gear is serviced and maintained in excellent condition and we have spares of most items should there ever be an issue. We are only ever a phone call away. We work closely with endorsee programs from most of the main drum, amplifier and keyboard suppliers to be able to offer most of your requests at endorsee rates. We stock large shell banks of most kits so we can offer your specific requests, not just the generic configurations. We also have a large range of cymbals from Zildjian, Sabian and Paiste in many of the models including effects cymbals. If you want something we don't have, there is every chance we can access it for you, just ask. If you need drum accessories, we have a full range of DW, Pearl and Yamaha remote hats, racks, double kicks etc. We carry a full range of guitar and bass brands including vintage and contemporary amplifiers and instruments. Our keyboard range is constantly expanding, we have everything from a 60s Hammond Organ to the latest Yamaha, Nord, Roland and Korg synths. We also stock a comprehensive range of keyboard controllers. We supply major festivals and artists on a repeat basis because we offer great service, great backline and work within budgets to help deliver what's needed at a reasonable price.
