Since 1981 our sole focus has been the development, funding and operation of healthcare properties. We provide outcome-driven services and capital to hospitals, physician practices and other healthcare providers throughout the Southeast, with projects ranging from stand-alone physician clinics to large ambulatory care centers and full replacement hospital campuses. Our early roots lie in the speculative development and marketing of medical office buildings, with our own financial resources at risk.
