BRINK INK provides complete printer insurance for all Laser Printer models and Multi-Function Printers. f a printer is down due to a BRINK INK product or has caused leakage, defect or any other type of malfunction, simply call your sales consultant and BRINK INK will dispatch an Authorized Service Tech to clean, repair and/or replace the toner cartridge. Our on-site service team provides Nation Wide Service on all printer models regardless of whether the printer is in under or out of warranty. If the printer is still under warranty our technician will contact the manufacturer at the time of the visit to discuss applicable options. n any case, BRINK INK will provide a technician at our expense if the cartridge is deemed to have caused an issue with the normal performance of the printer or any of its components. In the case that a BRINK INK cartridge damages a printer BRINK INK will either replace the required components or replace the printer. e stand behind our high quality products.
