Brilliant Execution, LLC was founded based upon the reality that the BioPharmaceutical Marketplace is becoming more and more complex. To effectively handle the complex, you need to be brilliant at the basics, we can help you to get there. Bruce Kent is the Principal of Brilliant Execution, LLC. During his over 30 years in the BioPharmaceutical industry he has been able to gain experience in virtually all areas of Commercial Operations. At Brilliant Execution, he has gathered an impressive group of experienced Consultants, Trainers, Facilitators, and Analysts that can be leveraged as needed to respond to the unique needs of their client partners. At Brilliant Execution we address client challenges and opportunities as "PRO's". First we PROBE to truly understand the client's business model, brands, and the specific challenge we are addressing. During this discovery stage we insure that our eventual solution will fit in with everything else going on with the company. We then REPAIR, this stage contains the actual deliverable for the project whether it be a workshop, a virtual training session, a job aid, or any of the other deliverables that we provide. Finally, we OPTIMIZE, by delivering tools and strategies designed to help make the changes last.
