Meet Luke Garner Owner | Briite Advisory I’ve always been wired for entrepreneurship. Even as a kid, I was launching mini-businesses, creating systems, and at one point even inventing a neighborhood “currency” to keep our little economy running. That early obsession with building things never went away. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked deep inside small businesses, writing and executing business plans, fixing broken operations, and helping teams gain clarity, accountability, and real traction. I’ve earned a reputation as an operations guru not because it sounds good on a website, but because I’ve lived it, proven it, and have the results and accolades to show for it. More than anything, I genuinely believe entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful paths to happiness, purpose, and financial freedom. But it’s also hard, lonely, and often reactive unless you have the right structure, strategy, and support. I launched Briite Advisory to give business owners exactly that: practical guidance, proven frameworks, and a partner who is as invested in their success as they are. My mission is simple: help entrepreneurs build businesses that run smoother, grow stronger, and give them their life back.
