Bright Pace LLC builds collaborative school environments. Our online platform allows educators to organize into collaborative curriculum and project design teams, where they create, develop, and implement curricula and school projects. Bright Pace supports both teachers and school leaders as they work to achieve common goals. Bright Pace LLC offers an innovative approach to professional development; it is organized around research by Clarke and Hollingsworth, 2011, who discuss five specific domains that lead to sustained professional growth. Sustained growth differs from short-term knowledge, acquired through traditional forums, and occurs when educators apply new ideas, concepts, and practices, manage student outcomes, and network with outside sources. Bright Pace offers flexibility and control over group structure and the hierarchical pathways that connect educators. Our platform tracks professional discussions, reflections, learning standards, and the PSEL.
