Bright Meadow is an investment team within Mariner Investment Group, LLC (“Mariner”) focused on Agency mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and structured credit. Built on deep market expertise, disciplined risk management, and a partnership-driven approach, Bright Meadow combines active trading, relative value investing, and thoughtful portfolio construction with the objective of generating durable, risk-adjusted returns across market cycles. Established in 2008 as “the Galton Team,” Bright Meadow is a specialized investment team that operates within Mariner, an alternative investment management firm with a 34-year track record investing across diversified portfolios of fixed income and credit strategies, in both public and private markets.
