Bright Lights USA Inc. DBA BLUSA Defense Manufacturing is a minority small business manufacturer of mechanical and electro-mechanical components for the defense industry. We are ITAR and EAR compliant. Our facility has a complete machine shop with CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Wire EDM and 3D printing. In addition we have conventional milling, turning, drilling, honing and grinding (id,od,surface) equipment. Our organization also has the ability to perform sheet metal fabrication and welding (mig, tig and spot). For part marking we offer laser engraving and mechanical engraving. The electronic lab has the capability of molding various electrical devices, stuffing circuit boards via thru hole and surface mount, as well as, assembling cables and harnesses. In our inspection department we have all the necessary gages and test equipment required for these types of projects. We can also perform hydraulic, mechanical pull and torque tests. In addition to our vast manufacturing capabilities, we distribute a large amount of orings, bearings, milspec hardware, tools and other industrial equipment with national stock numbers and government specifications attached to them. As an approved manufacturer for the U.S. Government, we have been identified with manufacturing Cage Code 0RMF7. Our quality control system is certified to SAE-AS9003A and is compliant to ISO9001:2015. We have a very large database containing on-line capability to cross reference National Stock Numbers to Part Numbers. In addition, our drawing library contains millions of US Government and OEM drawings to manufacture parts. Bright Lights USA INC.
