SupportLink provides a referral and diversion gateway for police and other government agencies to participate in early intervention with vulnerable and at-risk people. The SupportLink service is underpinned by a web application that synergises work flows within and between government and non government agencies. Fundamental to the service is the provision of holistic management services that includes a central Referral Coordination Unit to support activity and stakeholders within the framework.
