Bridging Barriers is an award-winning social mobility charity helping ambitious young people aged 16 to 25 from underrepresented backgrounds achieve career success through mentoring, employer access and career opportunities. We believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Through one to one mentoring, employer Insight Days, networking events and structured career support, we help young people build the skills, confidence and professional networks they need to access meaningful opportunities and thrive in their careers. We also work with employers to develop diverse talent pipelines, engage employees through volunteering and mentoring, and create opportunities that drive social mobility.
