Founded in 2012 and based in Southampton, New York, Bridgehampton Equities is a real estate private equity and private investment firm. We source, underwrite, finance, develop, and execute complex transactions from acquisition through exit. Our work spans real estate private equity and development, private credit and capital solutions, and selective strategic investments in growing businesses. Activity is concentrated across Long Island’s East End and the greater New York metropolitan area. Each transaction is underwritten in-house and structured around the opportunity rather than a fixed mandate. Depending on the transaction, we may act as owner, developer, lender, or joint-venture participant, remaining directly involved through diligence, closing, construction, operations, refinancing, and disposition.
