Product: Bridge Horizon, our platform for the handoff between the bench and the analysis. PipelineEngine runs reproducible workflows without a command line. The App Library, including SCenic Viewer, makes results explorable by the scientists who generated the data. Bridge Advisor lets you talk to your data and answers analysis questions in context. Built on FAIR data principles with tamper evident audit trails. The two feed each other. Horizon exists because we spent six years solving the same problems by hand for clients, and our services team knows the platform because they helped design it. Founded by a bench scientist turned computational biologist - which means we've been on both sides of the handoff we're trying to fix. Sequencing gets cheaper and faster every year. Storage, infrastructure, and interpretation don't. We work on that half.
