Founded to be a more forward-thinking developer, BRiCS is a team of specialists with over 75 years’ industry experience, committed to the creation of sustainable mixed-tenure residential communities. We drive projects through the whole development process, from site acquisition, planning, construction delivery, sales and aftercare. Our forte is working collaboratively and in partnership – with private and public sector landowners, Registered Providers, and private rental institutions, as their partner to construct and deliver residential homes for long term management, within a community designed to last. We are committed to delivering homes with ever lower carbon emissions from better thermal and energy performance, and modern construction methods. We embrace meeting the government’s emerging Future Homes Standard before 2025, ahead of the mainstream. We operate primarily across the South and South East, in particular with strong supply chains around the M3 and M4 corridors, Southampton, Bristol, Bicester and Milton Keynes.
