The Coalition is an umbrella group representing the interests of numerous community organizations, including the Civic Association of River Falls (CARF); the Brickyard Road Citizens' Association; and over two thousand citizens and voters in Montgomery County, Maryland. The primary mission of the Brickyard Coalition is to promote open access, community participation and transparency in Montgomery County government.
