Brickell Ventures focuses on residential condominium acquisition in Miami-Dade County, Florida, with a focus on Greater Downtown Miami. Our partners have dedicated considerable time and effort to evaluating numerous factors that make the acquisition, management, and disposition of certain condo units within the target market an attractive investment that produces compelling returns for the company and our investors. Brickell Ventures was established in 2017 by Seth Denison and several partners. The partners are seasoned professionals with diverse and extensive knowledge of the real estate sector, with a particular expertise in the macro and micro drivers that influence South Florida real estate. Prior to forming Brickell Ventures, the founding partners had completed hundreds of real estate transactions, involving many billions of dollars of debt and equity financing, loan restructuring, development, management, and operations across the United States.
