Coach Brick Headstrong is a fitness-focused puppet character on a mission to make health and wellness fun and accessible for kids and families. Through engaging video series, school-ready programming, and partnerships with educators and organizations, Coach Brick helps children build lifelong healthy habits around movement, mindfulness, and nutrition. Coach Brick’s projects include: Reppin’ Fitness Podcast – conversations with fitness experts, trainers, and health professionals. Brick’s Gym (YouTube) – a kids-focused channel with short, educational videos that mix entertainment and exercise. ABCs of Fitness (in development) – a puppet-led educational series designed for schools and community programs.
