Brewer Inspection Services Information

Brewer Inspection Services is locally owned and not part of a national franchise. Founded in 1990 and is one of the most experienced Residential and Commercial Building Inspection firms in the metropolitan Saint Louis area. When you call Brewer you’ll be talking to one of your neighbors not someone in another city or state. At Brewer Inspections, we are all about helping and educating our clients on the property they are purchasing so that they have all the information they need to make an educate property purchase. We'll provide you and your real estate agent all the information you need to negotiate the best deal. It is important to choose an inspector who is an ASHI Member. Our inspectors are responsible members of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Feel free to cross-reference our standing on the ASHI member list at www.stlashi.org or at www.ashi.org.
