Welcome to Brew & Bake, a minimalist Scandinavian and Japanese-inspired specialty coffee and micro bakery in the Hague city centre. MICRO BAKERY We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients that we source from local and sustainable suppliers. We make our own baked goods and pastries, such as croissants, cinnamon and cardamom buns. OUR APPROACH A home to those who value craft and quality, we aim to be the local hero of choice. We serve freshly brewed specialty coffee, drip coffee, and high-quality matcha from Japan.
