Since 2003 it developed ChicoImage, a product to handle at 360° the Imaging Bureau needs. In Italy ChicoImage is used by Idm Group, Almaviva, Bassilichi, Italarchivi, etc. to render their business profitable. A whole range of technology is used to optimize men resource and to provide a quality service: automatic data capture, image processing, automatic classification, automatic document inspection, web robot, etc. No constrains regarding the amount of treated documents, captured chars or scanned pages. All under control of human with a monitoring system to act promptly where exceptions occur. Renting or selling solutions are available to better meet customer needs.
