BRELLI Information

BRELLI makes the most planet-friendly umbrella in the World! It's beautiful, functional and, of course, environmentally responsible. The BRELLI is made to be very durable in wind, rain, and sun, yet it is lightweight and easy to carry with its own handy carrying case made of natural, organic cotton. The frame is made of bamboo, a renewable resource and a very strong material that gives the BRELLI it's strength. The canopy is made from our own eco-plastic that is soft, strong, and 100% biodegradable once it is disposed of in landfill or compost. This canopy offers superior protection from the elements and is a bright and brilliant evolutionary leap forward from the dark, damp nylon umbrellas. All BRELLI umbrellas are hand made by master craftsmen who are paid fair wages in excellent working conditions. A lighter footprint We designed and built the BRELLI so that even in landfill environments, a discarded BRELLI will completely biodegrade in less than five years. The materials release only harmless gases, which can be harvested in conditional landfill and used to recoup more than 90% of the energy that was used to create it.
