BreastMilk.com only sells brand new, from the manufacturer products. Since many of our breastfeeding and baby products are personal-use items, we have a limited returns policy (see below). Why no returns on most of the items we sell? We only sell brand new, direct-from-the-manufacturer products. The only way we can ensure that the item you're ordering is brand new, is by not accepting returns. If you find other sites that are accepting returns, then chances are those sites are restocking and reselling returned items.
