We also represent investors including angels, family offices and venture funds.  We help investors structure and negotiate terms and evaluate legal risks. We advise on direct investments and second market transactions. Depending on the nature of our engagement, we can offer hourly or flat rate fees, as well as fixed monthly fees for general counsel services.
