We are a small company of only 6 employees, but we have the full support of our parent company, Strombeck Consulting (https://www.strombeck.com). Strombeck has been around for 30+ years and has built up quite a clientele in Central Florida, with over 500 corporate clients. We primarily develop business automation solutions for our parent company and its clients to pay the bills, but we are very R&D focused and invest all the time and money we can in things that we think could change the world. 20% of every developer's time must be a project of their choosing, whether they dream it up themselves or jump onto someone else's project. We have a strong culture of excellence and bringing your heart and soul to work. Work is a huge part of our lives, and we think you should look forward to going to work as much as you look forward to a long weekend. Life is too short to live any other way. We love what we do and believe that there is pretty much nothing better in life than to enjoy your work. We're not religious about the technologies, operating systems, languages, or tools we use to make amazing things. Developers have the freedom to choose which technologies and tools they want to use on each project. We've recently used Node.js, C#, C++, and even dabbled in ASM.
