Established in 2015. Brazen specializes in scratch cooking and sourcing as much local products and ingredients that we can. We like to focus on the technique of how dishes are made. Brazen also utilizes our own Brazen Garden in the summer and fall months. Brazen Garden is located at the Four Mounds Community Gardens, just 5 miles from the restaurant. Brazen is a great gathering place with fun and approachable cuisine. Brazen Open Kitchen | Bar opened in Feb 2015 and is owned by Chef Kevin Scharpf. Brazen is run by a young, passionate and hard working team. Brazen concentrates on fresh from scratch cooking, including not having any freezers in the restaurant.
