Brasmold is a company created by Angelo Cipriano in 1997 and since 2004 had a partnership with Mr. Alexander Matug. This partnership was dissolved by Mr. Alexander Matug and Mr. Angelo Cipriano in 2010. Mr. Angelo Cipriano has chosen to continue providing mold polishing, texturizing, sandblasting and sandcarving services under a new address to better server his clients, and vigilantly continues with research and development to create new and improved techniques in the realm of mold texturizing and chemical engraving. Polishing is more of an art than a science and requires patience and skills, which will be rewarded by a perfect mirror finish. Over 30 years we have polished a large variety of moulds of all shapes and sizes in many different materials such as aluminium and stainless steel and all types of mould steels such as: compression, injection, die cast and blow moulds.Brasmold has the skill and equipment to give your moulds the finest finish possible. Since year 1997 we do also a research on mold texturing. That leads us to develop our own technology of texture transfer, independently from other texturing companies. Actually we are improving our transfer materials to reach high resolution of our texture transfers. Our target is to exceed 1200 dpi resolution and we are very close to reach that point. We already texturized several molds, as well as a lot of texture repair was done so far.
